Tom Fitton, America’s watch dog, attended the Kavanaugh hearing on Friday and he watched with an eagle eye.
He joined Fox News and gave his feedback on the hearing, and broke it down to the bottom line about the FBI investigation that POTUS ordered. (VIDEO BELOW.)
Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch joined Fox News for a tell all.
Steve Doocy of Fox News asked Tom what he thought of the hearing since there was no new evidence or details.
Tom replied, “Well, you know despite this BIG CIRCUS of a hearing it didn’t advance the ball in terms of providing ‘oh my gosh – he certainly did it’…”
Later, we found that the vote moved from Committee – 11 to 10 Republicans – onto a full vote on the Senate floor. Originally, the Senate floor vote was scheduled for next Tuesday.
Then in a flakey move, Senator Flake (R-AZ) held the date of the Senate vote hostage by declaring he would NOT vote for Kavanaugh on next Tuesday if the FBI investigation did not go through for a maximum of one week. (VIDEO BELOW.)
Tom Fitton nails the reason President Trump was wise to allow the Democrat’s demand.
The President agreed to order the FBI to do a supplemental FBI investigation to update Kavanaugh’s file. The investigation must be completed within a one week time frame.
