The anti-Trump dossier that was the centerpiece for the Mueller special counsel was not verified by Comey’s FBI.
The contents of that dossier were leaked to the press and now an email has surfaced that the FBI collaborated with CNN. (MORE BELOW.)
Is anyone surprised that the biased Obama-era FBI were in cahoots with CNN?
Brietbart reported, “The FBI email in question evidences FBI awareness of CNN’s plans to release the story, and suggests an FBI official may have attempted to shape the coverage.”
Furthermore, Brietbart said, “the January 8, 2017 email was sent from McCabe to senior FBI leadership under the subject line of ‘Flood is coming’.”
During the first congressional hearing where Comey testified under oath, Jim Jordan (R-OH) read from the electronic message.
Mike Kortan was mentioned in the email that Jordan read aloud. Kortan retired from the FBI in early 2018. (MORE BELOW.)
The email between McCabe and CNN clearly shows McCabe wanted the dirty dossier released.
“’According to Kortan, CNN is close to going forward with the sensitive story,’ the email states, according to Jordan’s reading,” Brietbart reported.
The electronic message further said, “’CNN states that they believe the pressure has built and is unavoidable,’ McCabe’s email continues, referencing CNN’s plans to release a story on the dossier claims,” per Brietbart.
