Democrat Congressman Adam Schiff is clearly annoyed by the way Attorney General William Barr is handling his role after taking over the reigns of the Justice Department.
Barr has been in a thorn in the side of Schiff, whose Trump/Russia collusion hoax was destroyed after Barr unveiled the Mueller report findings.
Ever since, Schiff has been among the choir of Democrat leaders who have attempted to discredit Barr and assassinate his character through various actions and techniques. Such attacks are likely due to the fact that Barr is now focusing on getting to the bottom of how the Trump/Russia probe began in the first place.
And now, Schiff’s irritation may have hit its peak through remarks made by Barr during a recent interview with Bill Hemmer as well as a recent statement made by President Trump.
In his interview, Barr reiterated concern that President Trump’s campaign was spied on and that there may have been thumbs on scale to sway the election. While President Trump claimed, “My Campaign for President was conclusively spied on. Nothing like this has ever happened in American Politics. A really bad situation. TREASON means long jail sentences, and this was TREASON!”
Congressman Schiff responded to recent remarks made by both Barr and Trump. He suggested the DOJ is actually being controlled by the President himself. Video Below
Schiff said, “Barr says Trump’s campaign was “spied” upon. Trump claims treason. Both are incendiary. Neither is true.”
He then added, “Barr suggests a finger was put on the scale to affect the election. But the Trump probe was kept secret; the Clinton one wasn’t.”
Schiff went on to declare, “It’s the Trumpification of the DOJ.” Video Below
